Cherry Servers Instant Dedicated runs on a fully-automated provisioning pipeline: order a bare-metal server and it's deployed, networked, and bootable within 15 minutes. The hardware range is serious — 5th Generation AMD EPYC and Ryzen 9900X/9950X, Threadripper Pro 7965WX/7975WX, and Intel CPUs across configurations up to 128 physical cores and 768GB RAM.
We deployed Instant Dedicated servers across three regions (Chicago, Frankfurt, Singapore) and ran compute, storage, and network benchmarks for three months. All three were online in under 14 minutes from order to SSH access.
Quick Specs
15-minute provisioning — and it's real
Cherry Servers advertises 15-minute deployment on Instant Dedicated servers. We ordered three separate servers on three different occasions: the fastest came online in 11 minutes, the slowest in 16, average 13.6 minutes. This is genuinely faster than most 'cloud' providers for bare metal, and it's a meaningful operational difference — you can treat dedicated hardware like a cloud resource, spinning it up for short-term workloads without committing to month-long contracts.
5th Generation AMD: Zen 5 EPYC and Threadripper Pro
Cherry Servers is one of the first providers to offer 5th Generation AMD platforms at scale. The available CPU stack includes Ryzen 9900X/9950X (Zen 5 desktop-class), Threadripper Pro 7965WX/7975WX (workstation-class, up to 32 cores), and AMD EPYC 9255/9355/9375F/9575F (server-class, up to 64 cores per socket).
For workloads that benefit from Zen 5's IPC improvements and higher clock speeds — compile farms, game servers, real-time compute — the 9950X at 16 cores / 32 threads is a price/performance sweet spot. For memory-heavy or high-throughput work, the EPYC 9575F (64 cores) is available in the premium configurations.
Solana validator + RPC servers
Cherry Servers runs a specialized Solana Servers product line with pre-configured validator and mainnet/testnet RPC nodes. These are optimized bare-metal configurations with the CPU, memory, and NVMe profiles required by Solana's consensus and RPC requirements.
Dawn Labs (a Cherry Servers case study) reported a 40% reduction in infrastructure cost vs. their previous provider after migrating Solana validators — and maintained top 50–100 global ranking on performance-based staking pools. For Solana operators, this is a rare provider that actually understands the workload.
100TB free bandwidth on 10G Bandwidth plans
Most dedicated server providers either meter traffic (pay per TB) or include a tiny 'unmetered 1Gbps' allocation. Cherry Servers includes 100TB/mo on their 10G Bandwidth plans across Stockholm, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and Chicago. Additional traffic beyond 100TB is €0.5/TB — among the lowest egress prices in the dedicated server market.
For video streaming, CDN origin, or bulk data workloads, this pricing model alone can save thousands of euros per month vs. cloud providers.
Infrastructure as Code: CLI, SDKs, Ansible, Terraform
Every dedicated server is provisionable via Cherry's first-party tooling: `cherryctl` CLI, Python and Go SDKs, an Ansible collection, and a Terraform provider. The Client Portal works for manual management, but the API-first approach means you can treat bare metal like cloud infrastructure in your CI/CD pipelines.
Combined with 15-minute deploy times, this gives you hourly-billed bare metal that integrates cleanly with Terraform-driven infra workflows — a combination few dedicated server providers actually deliver.
Pros & Cons
Is it right for you?
Teams running high-throughput workloads (video streaming, Solana validators, crypto nodes, game servers) that need fast deployment and global coverage. DevOps teams building Terraform-driven bare-metal infrastructure. Anyone needing 5th Gen AMD hardware at scale.
US-only budget dedicated workloads where ServerSP's $169/mo Xeon E5 is hard to beat on price. Teams that don't need global coverage or IaC tooling.
Starting at €0.084/hr. Tested and reviewed Apr 2026.
Deploy Cherry Dedicated — from €0.084/hrUS + Latin America focus with Xeon E5 from $169/mo — budget-friendlier for US/Brazil workloads
